Before partaking in the Developmental Activities Program, I was nervous due to it being the first time I would be working in a professional environment. However, the nervousness was soon gone when I realized the positive impact of my work. Through the program, I was able to associate my work with something substantial and meaningful and look at it from a broader perspective rather than assigned duties and responsibilities. Every day, I was able to work towards the benefit of others and myself in a journey of personal growth. I was slowly but surely challenging myself; encouraging self-observation and development. I gained invaluable insights, lessons and understanding of organization while also recognizing the importance of our collective efforts. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity as I was able to observe execution level decisions made within the organization, the formation of organization regulations, and functions.To the future students undergoing the program, I would encourage them to make the best of their experience and learn from their mistakes throughout the same.
